- Meet or exceed sales targets for Islamic mortgage products in the assigned area
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and real estate brokers
- Participate in promotional campaigns, roadshows, and field visits to generate leads
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted applications and customer documents
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and provide product recommendations
- Resolve client issues professionally and escalate only major concerns to the team leader
- Monitor competitor offerings and provide market feedback to improve FAB’s product positioning
- Deliver daily performance reports and sales MIS to management
- Maintain strong internal coordination with branches and support departments
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in banking or financial product sales
- Knowledge of Islamic mortgage products and UAE market dynamics
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; Arabic language is a plus
- Professional sales certification is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
