- Deliver warm, personalized late-night guest services aligned with InterContinental brand standards.
- Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, complaints, and emergency situations with professionalism.
- Supervise night operations including check-ins, departures, transportation, and room changes.
- Oversee safety and cleanliness across public spaces and guest floors.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security.
- Monitor and support the night audit and financial reconciliation process.
- Act as Emergency Response Leader, managing alarms, guest incidents, and on-site emergencies.
- Conduct shift briefings and ensure team alignment with daily goals and guest expectations.
- Maintain detailed logbooks, reports, and issue follow-ups.
Ideal Profile
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a Night Manager or supervisory front office role in a luxury hotel.
- Strong guest relations, leadership, and crisis management abilities.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS and night audit procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays with flexibility.
