- Roll out updated compliance policies and procedures, supporting business units during transition phases
- Assist in KYC data quality remediation through sample reviews and post-cleansing validation
- Support enhanced due diligence (EDD) and thematic reviews of remediated files
- Help manage increased alert volumes and EDD cases during system upgrades and enhancements
- Coordinate the implementation and testing of the Country Risk Assessment Model (CRAM)
- Facilitate internal training sessions on compliance enhancements, system changes, and policy updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory expectations and internal standards
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field (advanced qualifications preferred)
- 8+ years of professional experience, with proven expertise in compliance, AML, and FCC processes
- Hands-on experience in KYC remediation and file quality reviews
- Preferable: experience leading QA/QC teams reviewing alerts related to AML and sanctions
- Experience in conducting product risk assessments desirable
- Knowledge of developing and updating compliance procedures and frameworks
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements
