- Coordinate risk assessments across business lines to evaluate compliance gaps
- Track, monitor, and report on corrective actions using dashboards and centralized trackers
- Develop and maintain compliance MIS and KRI dashboards for senior management and regulators
- Support the rollout of compliance training modules and track completion across the organization
- Maintain a centralized PMO tracker to monitor progress of remediation activities
- Validate corrective actions to ensure alignment with oversight and governance standards
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related discipline
- 4-7 years of experience in compliance, governance, or oversight roles within banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk assessment methodologies
- Experience in compliance reporting, dashboards, and management information systems
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet strict timelines
