- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits
- Target new business opportunities and potential industries for expansion
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client needs and present tailored Etisalat products and services
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals effectively
- Keep accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM
- Submit regular sales performance and market feedback reports to management
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in outdoor or B2B sales
- Background in selling GSM connections including Postpaid, Fiber, and Business On
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across UAE
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
