- Welcome and seat guests warmly, providing detailed information on menu items and specials.
- Handle guest inquiries regarding ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary requirements.
- Recommend food and beverage options, take accurate orders, and manage special requests.
- Process payments through the MICROS system, ensuring accurate billing and handling of multiple payment methods.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and efficient order delivery.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards while preparing and organizing service areas.
- Collect guest feedback and ensure service excellence at every stage of the dining experience.
Ideal Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury 5-star property or high-end restaurant.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Russian or other European languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of MICROS, Sevenrooms, and MS Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
