- Welcome guests, escort them to tables, and provide menu explanations including ingredients, cooking methods, and allergen details
- Present specials and promotions, make recommendations, and take accurate orders with attention to guest preferences
- Manage cashiering tasks with MICROS, process payments, and issue accurate bills
- Oversee assigned section, collect guest feedback, and address inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
- Maintain service stations and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld
- Support smooth service flow while consistently delivering Jumeirah’s service excellence
Ideal Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel or branded standalone restaurant
- Strong F and B background with knowledge of fine dining service standards
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian or other European languages is an advantage
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office, MICROS, and Sevenrooms systems
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment with excellent communication skills
