Job Type: Full-timeWhat You’ll Do
- Monitor security alerts and events using Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools
- Perform initial triage and investigation of security events and escalate complex incidents to senior analysts
- Assist in developing and fine-tuning SIEM rules, correlation logic, and detection use-cases
- Provide feedback on existing detection rules and suggest improvements based on emerging threats
- Document incident details, analysis steps, and response actions in an organized manner
- Contribute to creating and maintaining incident response playbooks and standard operating procedures
- Support security audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance reviews as required
- Assist in preparing security reports and summaries for internal stakeholders
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, attack vectors, and security technologies
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Network Security, or related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or SOC environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, SIEM tools, and threat detection techniques
- Clear and effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to learning and professional development
