- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times.
- Oversee pastry team operations, provide training, and uphold best practices.
- Monitor inventory, reduce waste, and maintain cost control measures.
Ideal Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in pastry kitchens, preferably within luxury hospitality.
- Culinary degree from an accredited culinary school.
- Expertise in pastry techniques, presentation, and global culinary trends.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage a team in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
