- Supervise daily stewarding operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization across all kitchen and F&B sections.
- Manage, schedule, and train stewarding staff, fostering a high-performance and respectful work culture.
- Oversee dishwashing operations and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and kitchen equipment.
- Implement HACCP, sanitation, and safety procedures in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchens, storage areas, and equipment to maintain readiness for health inspections.
- Coordinate with Head Chef, Chief Steward, and F&B teams to support kitchen and event operations.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling according to sustainability commitments and local laws.
- Support service periods by ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to operational standards.
Ideal Profile
- Previous supervisory experience in stewarding within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols.
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and dishwashing machinery.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
- Good communication skills and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
