- Issue supplies to departments promptly and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and support timely purchasing requirements.
- Conduct and support monthly stocktaking and reporting processes.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Finance and Purchasing teams for reconciliation of goods received.
Ideal Profile
- Previous experience in stores, inventory, or purchasing in hospitality or a similar industry.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and supply chain practices.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Team-oriented with good communication abilities.
- Based in the UAE; IHG experience preferred.
