- Lead and inspire store teams to achieve top and bottom-line targets and ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor support departments and ensure activities align with pre-set KPIs such as ATV and conversion rates
- Collaborate with the Country Manager to develop manpower plans, set category targets, and manage store budgets
- Implement and oversee standard operating procedures to minimize losses and ensure profit protection
- Ensure visual merchandising meets brand guidelines and store layout aligns with approved planograms
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share expectations, and recognize achievements
- Monitor product availability for promotions and escalate shortfalls when necessary
- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution
- Oversee store-specific projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution without operational disruptions
- Support staff development through training and continuous performance monitoring
Ideal Profile
- 5-7 years of retail experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership or people management role
- MBA in Retail Management or equivalent qualification preferred
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities
- Proven experience in driving operational excellence and managing cross-functional teams
