  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across multiple departments
  • Partner with leadership and HRBPs to forecast workforce needs and align hiring strategies with business goals
  • Drive recruitment planning to fill critical roles within defined timelines and budgets
  • Utilize advanced sourcing strategies including headhunting, market mapping, and passive candidate outreach
  • Manage external vendors, job boards, and digital sourcing platforms to build strong pipelines
  • Oversee onboarding processes including offer management, documentation, and background verification
  • Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to deliver engaging induction programs aligned with brand values
  • Monitor new hire integration and address risks of early attrition
  • Ensure ATS data integrity, process efficiency, and compliance with labor regulations and audits
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
  • Lead employer branding initiatives through digital campaigns, university partnerships, and career events
  • Implement strategic talent projects including referral programs, internal mobility frameworks, and recruitment automation

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record in recruitment for retail, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors preferred
  • Expertise in executive search, sourcing strategies, and recruitment technologies
  • Strong knowledge of ATS systems and HR analytics dashboards
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead employer branding initiatives and strategic talent projects
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and compliance standards
