- Photocopy worksheets and teaching resources as required
- Provide short-term class cover in case of emergencies
- Help maintain stock cupboards and distribute learning materials efficiently
- Develop understanding of core curriculum areas including literacy, numeracy, and phonics
- Support teachers in maintaining an engaging and orderly classroom environment
- Ensure confidentiality, tact, and professionalism at all times
- Contribute to staff meetings, committees, and wider school initiatives
Ideal Profile
- Strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English
- ICT knowledge and basic computer proficiency preferred
- Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work collaboratively
