- Design user-focused interfaces for web, mobile (iOS and Android), and application platforms
- Convert business requirements and user research into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams to deliver designs aligned with product goals
- Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs for improved user experience
- Build and maintain design systems and style guides for consistent UI across platforms
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and performance-optimized design standards are applied
- Stay informed about UX/UI trends, best practices, and new tools to continuously improve design processes
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and product lifecycle discussions
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX flows, wireframes, and final UI designs
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Familiarity with usability testing, user journey mapping, and design systems
- Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility guidelines
- Experience working in Agile environments; knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus
- Preferred: Experience in eCommerce, analytics tools, and motion design
