- Drive revenue growth by promoting Wealth & Bancassurance products to business banking customers
- Partner with assigned Sales & Coverage teams to increase client engagement and activate all team members
- Build customer profiles using in-depth needs analysis and offer tailored financial solutions
- Ensure full compliance with bank policies, training, and certification requirements
- Conduct regular product training sessions for internal teams to enhance sales effectiveness
- Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent updates and portfolio reviews
- Ensure high-quality sales with minimal cancellations and maximum conversion
- Track and meet monthly and quarterly financial targets as per role KPIs
- Actively contribute to strategic portfolio reviews and identify cross-sell opportunities
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE-based experience in Wealth Management for SME clients
- Proven success in lead generation, customer profiling, and product fulfillment
- Valid certifications: CII Level 3 and CISI AWB (CFA preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is a plus
- Access to reliable personal transportation for client visits and meetings
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in the UAE banking sector
- Proactive mindset with the ability to influence, train, and engage internal sales teams
