Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell personal loan products to individual customers to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify potential clients through field visits, referrals, and lead generation activities.
Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions. * Guide customers through the application process, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company and regulatory policies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing excellent service and ongoing support.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor products to effectively position and promote the bank’s offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in banking or financial services, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively explain financial products.
