Job Type: Full timeJob Overview:The right candidate will be in-charge of creative concept design presentations, attending weekly meetings with client, coordinating with client’s subconsultants (MEP, arch, Lighting etc..), with internal design team, BIM & 3D team, liaising with the technical team, reviewing all sets of drawings from Schematic until IFC, FF&E selection, specifying all interior finishes, FF&E and client presentations.Job Description:
- 12+ years of experience including 2 or more years in leading a team (not necessarily managerial).
- Candidate must have experience in residential development (experience with Lead Design Consultants is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work closely with clients.
- Knowledge in managing a team of interior designers, 3D visualizer, and CAD operators.
- Strong coordination with the interior design team, design manager, suppliers and clients.
- Knowledge in coordinating with subconsultants (MEP, architectural) and to defend the interior design discipline.
- Create strong concept stories, draw plans and review all sets of drawings of the team onboard.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Adobe Suite.
- Excellent time management skills within the project and team.
- Strong in concepts designs (sketches is a plus).
- Knowledge on full set of plans from concept to IFC, FF&E suppliers (wall finishes & textures, floor finishes, FF&E, ceilings etc.).
Salary AED 18000-22000 + Standard benefits
Expected salary: 18000 – 22000 per month
