Log tickets under IFS assyst ITSM application & provide first level online support Reassign the unresolved tickets to 2nd level support teams Monitor & follow-up on all the open tickets Close resolved tickets under Axios assist ITSM application Schedule preventive maintenance for all customers with valid SLAs; internal and external
Expected salary: 5000 – 5500 per month
